Silje Asphaug has submitted the following academic thesis as a part of the doctoral work at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU):
«Moisture performance of thermally insulated basement walls in cold climates»

Professor Rolf André Bohne, NTNU
Professor Rolf André Bohne, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, NTNU, has been appointed Administrator of the Committee.
The Committee recommends that the thesis is worthy of being publicly defended for the PhD degree. The doctoral work has been carried out at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
The trial lecture will take place on 7th October at 10:15 in ZEB-Laboratory, Gløshaugen on the following prescribed subject:
«Challenges, complexities, and possibilities of numerical U-value simulation of advanced glazing systems. Example: xx» – where xx is the type of glazing that Silje would like to address
The public defence of the thesis takes place on 7th October at 13:15 in ZEB-Laboratory, Gløshaugen.
Professor Tore Kvande, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been the candidate’s main supervisor. Chief Scientist Berit Time, SINTEF Community and Professor Stig Geving, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, have been the candidate’s co-supervisors.
