Associate Professor Yutao Pan and Professor Gudmund Reidar Eiksund, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, NTNU, have been appointed Administrators of the Committee.

The Committee recommends that the thesis is worthy of being publicly defended for the PhD degree.
